Make the routine your own

Keep the sequence familiar

Add or remove steps to reflect what your family actually does. For example, you can replace bath time with washing up or add a short step for choosing tomorrow’s clothes.

Choose a quiet display

Keep Quiet mode on for a silent timer. You can also hide the clock and use No text for picture-only labels. Print the wheel if you prefer a routine that does not require a screen during bedtime.

Leave room to finish a story

Flexible schedule holds on each step until you press Next step. If you use timed mode, pause when needed; the border time markers update when you resume.

Keep a copy for tomorrow

Save the routine in your browser so you can load it again. Export a file as a backup or to share the same plan with another caregiver. Clearing browser data can remove locally saved routines, so keep exported copies of routines you want to retain.

How to print your routine wheel

Open the routine in the builder, then choose Print Preview. Use US Letter paper at 100% or Actual size, and turn off browser headers and footers. The wheel has a 7-inch outer circle and a 3.5-inch center. You can also save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
