Adapt the plan to your morning

Work backward from leaving time

Decide when you need to leave, then give breakfast and getting ready realistic amounts of time. If the example feels rushed, increase the total rather than trying to follow every minute exactly.

Choose recognizable pictures

Use the symbol picker to choose pictures your child recognizes. Keep step names short, and use the No text option if you want a picture-only wheel.

Plan for interruptions

Use Flexible schedule when activities vary. The wheel stays on the current step until you press Next step. You can also pause a timed routine and resume when ready.

Print it or keep it on screen

Print Preview creates a routine wheel you can keep near the breakfast table or doorway. Projection displays the live timer. Both views use the same steps, while icon and label positions can be adjusted separately.

How to print your routine wheel

Open the routine in the builder, then choose Print Preview. Use US Letter paper at 100% or Actual size, and turn off browser headers and footers. The wheel has a 7-inch outer circle and a 3.5-inch center. You can also save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
