Prepare your classroom display
Test it from the back of the room
Open Projection, enter full screen, and check that students can recognize the pictures. Increase icon or text size, choose a contrasting theme, or move a label if it is crowded.
Choose how transitions work
Timed mode moves automatically when each allotted duration ends. Flexible schedule waits for you to press Next step, which can be useful when a discussion or activity needs more time.
Set the sound before you begin
Quiet mode is on by default. Under Sound options you can enable a step chime, final countdown ticks, or a completion sound independently. Check your device volume before using sound with a group.
Share a classroom routine
Export the routine as a JSON file to pass it to another teacher or keep a backup. Import opens the steps, theme, schedule settings, and saved icon positions. Each teacher can adjust and save a separate copy in their browser.
How to print your routine wheel
Open the routine in the builder, then choose Print Preview. Use US Letter paper at 100% or Actual size, and turn off browser headers and footers. The wheel has a 7-inch outer circle and a 3.5-inch center. You can also save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
